Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth and sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and market presence
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and monitor sales team performance
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
- Identify new markets, products, and international business opportunities
- Support marketing activities, trade shows, and product presentations
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to drive repeat business
- Continuously review and improve sales processes and strategies
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven target achievement
- Knowledge of building trades / cleaning / maintenance preferred
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Independent, self-motivated, and results driven
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong business and sales closing skills
- Willing to travel extensively, covering all of Malaysia and overseas
Job Coverage & Working Arrangement
- Successful candidates will be responsible for sales in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Seremban, Penang, Kedah, Perak, or overseas (subject to project and customer allocation), and will be required to travel within these areas.
- We do not operate an office in KL — candidates will be required to work from home and visit customers directly.
- Company will conduct in-person training during the onboarding period.
- Weekly conference calls and virtual meetings will be carried out for coordination and reporting.
- Preferred language (optional but advantageous): Mandarin, Hokkien, or Cantonese, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
