Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Assistant, Family Office Assistant, Administrative Support professional, or within a high-end service environment is preferred.
• Flexible and willing to accommodate occasional irregular working hours and urgent requests.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, senior executives, or family offices is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with local lifestyle and service resources, including healthcare, education, property management, dining, transportation, and event planning.
• Mature, emotionally intelligent, professional, and capable of building and maintaining long-term working relationships.
