Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site operations (Work at Construction Site)
• Plan and organise site work sequence and subcontractor activities
• Identify, source and engage suitable subcontractors and site services
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and compliance with project requirements
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and ensure work meets required standards
• Resolve site issues and coordinate practical solutions
• Attend site meetings and represent company in project discussions
• Prepare progress updates and reports for management
• Ensure safe work practices are maintained on site

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related field
• Minimum 8 years of construction site experience
• Experience in site coordination, supervision or project execution
• Familiar with working with subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong practical knowledge of construction site operations
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions on site
• Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin
• Mature, reliable and hands-on

Service under: Contract for Service

• Contract duration: 12 months
• Allowance for work on Sunday / Public Holiday

• 能夠用英語、馬來語和國語進行交流
• 成熟、可靠、務實

服務依據：服務合約

Job Description

• Process customer inquiries, quotations, invoices, and purchase order accurately.
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely shipment, coordinating with purchaser, admin, warehouse and logistics teams.

About the role…

ALP, an innovative firm specializing in logistics property development, is seeking an Account Executive to support our growing operations in Malaysia. The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to full set accounts, financial reporting, and compliance functions.

Internally, this role works closely with the finance team and contributes to both accounting operations and tax-related matters.

What you will do…

1. Reporting & Accounting Support
2. Manage full cycle of Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, verification, and posting
3. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journals, accruals, and prepayments
4. Prepare and maintain schedules for balance sheet accounts and ensure proper supporting documentation
5. Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in financial data
6. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies
7. Liaise with external auditors by preparing audit schedules, supporting documents, and responding to audit queries
8. Monitor and improve internal controls over financial reporting processes
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and proper expense recognition
10. Tax Management & Compliance
11. Support the preparation of corporate tax computations and tax returns
12. Assist in indirect tax compliance and reporting
13. Liaise with tax agents and support tax audits or queries
14. Ensure proper tax treatment in accounting transaction
15. System & Process Improvement
16. Support ERP/finance system implementation and enhancement
17. Ensure accurate tax and accounting configuration in accounting systems
18. Develop and maintain SOPs for accounting processes
19. Support any ad-hoc matter assigned by management

What skills are required…

4. Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise across departments and with external auditors.

Job Scope:

• Experience with fleet management and truck maintenance preferred
• To assist in truck delivery arrangements, route planning
• Plan, execute, and manage daily delivery of the goods from or to the warehouse
• To plan the truck maintenance schedule and Puspakom appointment
• To ensure drivers follow safety procedures and truck cleanliness
• Work closely with internal party, customers, freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistic progress and on time delivery
• Monitor Safety procedure for lorry fleet according to JPJ & APAD rules
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the transport or warehousing industry
• knowledge of MS Office applications
• 5 and 1/2 working days per week.
