Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Marketing Specialist to support two core areas of our marketing function: Brand & Content and Events &Partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative work with project coordination and execution.

The Marketing Specialist will assist with market research, content development, copywriting, translation, campaign support, event coordination, and partnership activation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities across a fast-paced marketing team.

Responsibilities

1) Brand & Content Support

• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to support brand and content strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing content marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Write, edit, translate and proofread marketing materials
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and assets.
• Support content calendar management and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on content development projects.
• Track and report on content and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

2) Events & Partnerships Support

• Support the planning and execution of events, including webinars, trade shows, customer events, and partner activations.
• Assist with event logistics such as timelines, registration, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support when needed.
• Help create promotional materials for events and partnership campaigns.
• Coordinate partnership deliverables, communications, and follow-ups with partners and internal teams.
• Maintain event and partner marketing calendars, contact lists, and project trackers.
• Support post-event and post-campaign reporting, including attendee feedback, lead tracking, and ROI summaries.

3) General Marketing Operations

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across marketing.
• Assist with campaign execution, asset management, and administrative marketing tasks as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, design, and external partners.
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with company goals.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day coordination and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Passionate about marketing and interested in serving high-net-worth clients and understanding their needs.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience conducting research and turning findings into actionable marketing insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders.

About the Role

As part of our strategic expansion, Yongan International Financial (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Operation Executive. You will be part of our Operations team, to support areas include Trade Settlements and Clearing, Reconciliation of Trades, Client Support, and Regulatory Reporting.

Job Responsibilities

1.      Trade Settlements and Clearing: Manage daily trade clearing and settlement workflows. Ensure trades are processed accurately and within strictly timeline across the Exchanges, Clearing Brokers, and internal systems.

2.      Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, margin requirements, cash balances. Identify and resolve discrepancies between trading platforms, back-office systems, and broker/clearing statements.

3.      Client Support: Communicate with clients regarding trade, settlement status, and general inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships through professional and effective problem resolution.

4.      Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Compliance, Accounting, and Front office, to ensure operational alignment and adherence to company objectives.

5.      Regulatory Reporting: Assist in preparation, review and submission of regulatory, exchange, and internal reports for SGX,MAS, or other relevant parties, where applicable.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Academic Background: Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in futures, derivatives, brokerage, clearing, settlement, or general financial operations would be an advantage.

Language & Technical Skills

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Chinese typing). This is essential for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparties via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls.
• Software Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
