We are looking for experienced Consolidation & Financial Reporting (CFR) consultants to join our team to deliver enterprise-scale financial consolidation, statutory reporting solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end implementation of OneStream or related solution. You will work alongside solution architects, finance SMEs, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and configure multi-dimensional data models for financial consolidation and financial reporting
• Develop business rules to automate complex calculation logic through scripting language
• Develop dashboards and reports
• Build data integration with source systems including data validation and transformation
• Understand the functional requirements in the consolidation process to support statutory requirements
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements phase to deployment

Enough about us, let's talk about you

If you are someone with:

• Bachelor degree in a business, technology or finance discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ working experience in implementation of OneStream or comparable CFR platforms (e.g. Oracle Cloud EPM [FCCS/EPBCS], HFM/Planning, SAP BPC) with at least one full lifecycle implementation focusing on financial consolidation, and reporting.
• Strong technical aptitude, including experience with scripting or programming logic (e.g., VB.NET, C#, or SQL) and multi-dimensional data modeling.
• Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes & / or financial consolidation or planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
• Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
