Key Responsibilities

• Support financial and operational activities across multiple entities.

The Finance & Admin Manager will be responsible for managing Eruby’s finance, accounting, administrative and HR support functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong compliance, efficient daily operations and effective business support.

This role requires a hands-on, self-driven and commercially aware finance professional who can manage full-set accounting, support management reporting, provide financial insights to the sales team and work closely with headquarters, internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance, Accounting & Reporting

• Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, fixed assets and intercompany transactions.

• Handle monthly and year-end account closing to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Prepare financial reports, analysis and dashboards in both English and Chinese to give management clear visibility of sales performance, gross margin, cost movement and overall business profitability.
• Prioritise the timely identification and escalation of financial risks, margin concerns, overdue payments, credit exposure and unusual cost variances to management.
• Support management in evaluating business decisions from a financial perspective, including pricing strategy, customer profitability, payment risk, cost impact and business sustainability.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing, cost allocation, revenue recognition and margin tracking.
• Assist in reviewing customer payment status, overdue accounts and credit exposure to support better sales and collection decisions.

3. Tax, GST & Compliance

• Prepare and submit GST filings accurately and on time.
• Coordinate annual tax filing and liaise with tax agents on corporate tax matters.
• Support audit preparation and respond to auditor queries with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, tax regulations and internal company policies.
• Maintain proper records for tax, audit and regulatory purposes.

4. External Coordination

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers, government agencies and other external parties.
• Support banking matters, corporate documentation, statutory filings and company secretarial matters where required.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely completion of finance, tax, audit, payroll and administrative matters.

5. Administration & Office Management

• Oversee daily office administration, including document control, filing, meeting arrangements, minutes taking and office supplies procurement.
• Manage vendor coordination, office maintenance, insurance renewals, service contracts and administrative records.
• Ensure company documents are properly organized, maintained and easily accessible.
• Support company events, internal meetings and management administrative requirements.
• Assist in improving internal administrative processes and office workflow efficiency.

6. HR Administration

• Maintain employee records, employment documents, leave records and HR-related files.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, work pass matters and staff administration.
• Coordinate payroll-related matters with internal stakeholders or external payroll service providers.
• Assist with HR policy documentation, staff benefits administration and general employee matters.
• Ensure HR records and employment documents are handled with confidentiality and accuracy.

7. Process Improvement & Internal Control

• Support management in improving finance, administration and reporting processes.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts is required.
• Prior experience in administration and HR support will be an advantage.
• Experience in trading, distribution, electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing or regional business environments will be preferred.
• Experience working with overseas headquarters, China-based teams or cross-border transactions will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily finance operations, including payables, receivables, billing functions, reconciliations, and financial closing activities.
• Monitor financial transactions, cash flow activities, and payment processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper governance controls.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including preparation of supporting schedules and reports.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy, Finance studies or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of full set accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial consolidation tools (Hyperion/Infor M3 or similar tools) used for group-level reporting and analysis.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow enhancement, or system improvement initiatives will be advantageous.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the preparation of bi-annual budgets and periodic forecasts

TheProduct Manager will own product thinking from market needs and client problemsthrough to product design, approval, commercialisation, sales enablement,launch, adoption and performance tracking. The role requires strong productjudgement, practical trade finance experience, and the ability to work closelywith Sales, Risk, Operations, Fraud, Legal, Finance and Technology teams toconvert business opportunities into scalable, controlled and commerciallyviable products.

Thesuccessful candidate should bring strong experience in Accounts Receivable andAccounts Payable financing structures, with depth in receivables finance,factoring, buyer-led programmes and open-account trade finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Innovation and New Product Design

• Identify product opportunities across receivables finance,factoring, supplier finance, buyer-led financing, distributor finance andrelated open-account trade finance structures.
• Work closely with Sales, Solutions and country teams tounderstand client problems, market gaps, competitive positioning and newproduct opportunities.
• Translate business ideas into clear product constructs,including target clients, transaction flows, eligibility criteria, recoursemodel, pricing approach, operating model, controls and implementationrequirements.
• Drive the design of new product variants, programmestructures and market-specific adaptations.
• Support product roadmap planning and prioritisation based oncommercial value, client demand, operational readiness and risk appetite.

Product Governance, Risk and Policy Design

• Partner with Risk, Operations, Fraud, Legal, Compliance andFinance to design product policies, control frameworks and approval conditions.
• Prepare product papers, risk committee papers, approval notesand product governance documentation for new products or major product changes.
• Ensure product design covers key areas such as buyerobligation, supplier eligibility, invoice validation, assignment/ titletransfer, collections, dilution risk, fraud risk, dispute handling, recourse,repurchase events and operational controls.
• Work with functional partners to convert approval conditionsinto clear operating procedures and implementation checklists.
• Maintain a strong control mindset while enabling commercialgrowth and product scalability.

Product Commercialisation and Sales Enablement

• Own product commercialisation from internal approval tomarket launch.
• Run product workshops and enablement sessions for Sales,Solutions, country teams and other frontline stakeholders.
• Prepare product positioning, sales talking points, clientpitch inputs, FAQs and deal-structuring guidance.
• Support Sales and country teams on client discussions, dealqualification, pricing, product fit and programme structuring.
• Act as the product expert for assigned product areas and helpfrontline teams convert opportunities into executable transactions.

Product Performance, Revenue and Business Outcomes

• Track product performance across GTV, revenue, utilisation,pipeline, client adoption, pricing trends and portfolio growth.
• Work with Finance and business teams to understand productrevenue, margin trends, commercial performance and growth drivers.
• Identify revenue gaps, adoption issues or underutilisedproduct capabilities and propose action plans.

Cross-functional Execution

• Work closely with Product Development and Technology teams toensure product requirements are clearly defined and build priorities arealigned with business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Fraud and Legal teams toensure products are launch-ready, controlled and operationally scalable.
• Support UAT, launch planning and post-launch issue resolutionwhere product judgement is required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevantexperience in trade finance, receivables finance, factoring, supply chainfinance, working capital finance, transaction banking or fintech.
• Strong practical understanding of Accounts Receivablefinancing, including factoring, invoice financing, receivables purchase,buyer-led receivables programmes, recourse/ non-recourse structures andcollection models.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable and supplier financestructures, including buyer-approved payables, supplier onboarding andprogramme-based financing.
• Familiarity with key receivables finance risks and controls,including invoice validity, buyer confirmation, assignment/ title transfer,dilution, disputes, set-off, fraud risk, collections control and repurchase/recourse mechanics.
• Experience preparing or contributing to product papers, riskapproval notes, policy documents or product governance materials.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect productdesign to GTV, revenue, pricing, utilisation, adoption and client outcomes.
• Comfortable working directly with Sales, country teams andfunctional partners on product positioning, client needs, deal structuring andlaunch readiness.
• Exposure to digital trade platforms, SaaS platforms, embeddedfinance, stablecoins, tokenised settlement, Web3-enabled trade flows or SC+initiatives would be an advantage.
