1. As part of a 4-man team, the Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for both financial and operational functions, including the preparation of purchase orders (POs) and contracts, as well as tenant and facilities management. • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Finance team to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement in finance processes and controls.

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance functions including statutory reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
