Hotel Traveltine Downtown Singapore, now proudly part of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) to join our team.

In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, managing RFPs, and growing the hotel’s share of business travel. You will play a key part in driving room revenue, building brand awareness, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction that reflects Wyndham’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage assigned Corporate RFPs and support the annual contracting process through Wyndham’s global and regional sales channels.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate accounts to increase room nights and revenue contribution.

· Identify potential clients within key industries and actively pursue new business opportunities.

· Prepare professional proposals and rate quotations that align with the hotel’s pricing strategy and business objectives.

· Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to maintain engagement and build loyalty.

· Monitor account performance and work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize results.

· Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and feedback, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

· Participate in relevant trade shows, networking events, and Wyndham corporate initiatives to expand the hotel’s visibility.

· Maintain accurate account records and reporting in the hotel’s system.

Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably handling Corporate or Consortia segments.

· Strong understanding of RFP processes and global distribution systems.

· Good communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Opera Cloud, etc).

· Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

•       Manage daily treasury operations, including settlements for deposits, foreign exchange transactions, borrowings, and monitoring of counterparty limits.

•       Administer and monitor intercompany loans, including interest calculations, loan settlements, and reconciliations.

•       Perform month-end closing activities for treasury-related financial instruments, including valuations, hedge accounting, and borrowings reconciliations.

•       Prepare treasury management reports, financial analyses, and support corporate tax and GST compliance requirements.

•       Provide technical accounting support and advisory on hedge accounting and treasury-related matters to internal stakeholders.

•       Ensure treasury transactions and financial instrument accounting comply with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

•       Support banking administration activities, including account maintenance, signatory management, and Treasury Management System controls.

•       Participate in treasury transformation initiatives, process improvements, system enhancements, and other ad hoc projects.

•       Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity  

·       ACCA or CPA membership would be an added advantage

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice

Job Responsibilities:

• To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Verify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations

• Comfortable working across multiple sites if required.
• Proficient in MS Office & Project Management software.
