Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare food as according to order request
- Take order from customers
- Responsible for supervising restaurant's operation and ensuring the performance of cleaning programs and activities is fully implemented and measured
- Manage procurement of goods
- Ensure smooth operation
- Able to standby and perform subordinate's task in the event where they are absent for work
- Must be able to work weekend and public holiday shift
- Must be able to OT and work night shifts
