GAO is responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing the various day-to-day administrative operations/tasks/functions within Organization and/or Group to ensure seamless & efficient support & implementation of policies and/or procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee and maintain in good order & hygiene, the office facilities/equipment & supplies.

Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Prepare, proofread, update, report and/or summarize relevant correspondences to management.

Coordination: Arrange meetings, appointments, and events schedules, travel/accommodation, if any.

Logistics: Manage organizations' inventory/stock, compare quotation & make purchase.

Document Management: Organize, maintain, safekeep (including archive) both physical and digital document to ensure proper filing systems.

Finance: Handle invoicing, account receivables & receipts, as well as account payables & preparing payments.

Compliance: Ensure admin/operations are compliant with company policies and legal requirements & assist in the implementation of organizational protocols & procedures.

Project Management: Support the management of special projects or organizational initiatives as assigned including tracking progress & providing updates on project statuses.

Requisites:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in office administration or related roles (usually 1-5 years).

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Personal Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Provides education and evaluation to nursing and patient care staff, and facilitates evidenced-based research within a specialized area of nursing. Collaborates with medical practitioners to incorporate nursing processes into the plan of care for a specialized group of patients. Performs direct specialty nursing services to patients as required, ensuring adherence to Joint Commission standards and all related policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides educational leadership to patients and care providers to enhance specialized patient care within established healthcare setting.

2. Assists patients and caregivers with educational needs, problem resolution, and health management across the continuum of care.

3. Collaborates with medical providers, patient care staff, and unit management in the planning, implementation, and delivery of educational curricula.

4. Initiates skills development programs within the parameters of established care models; monitors trends and implements educational strategies to ensure compliance with quality standards and parameters.

5. Provides direct specialized nursing services to an assigned group of patients, providing specialized patient care within nursing protocols and assisting in the performance of all related nursing duties.

6. Develops patient care plans, incorporating evidenced-based research and national standards; consults with and serves as a resource to ensure quality patient care.

7. Educates technical and patient care staff in the use of new equipment, supplies, and instruments; coordinates in-service training and workshops for appropriate staff.

8. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

· Associate's degree in Nursing; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Certification/Licensure: State of New Mexico Licensed Registered Nurse or licensure pending as documented by temporary licensure OR current RN licensure from a state participating in the multi-state privilege to practice compact with New Mexico.

· Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

• Responsibilities:
  • Counsel individuals and groups on basic rules of good nutrition, healty eating habits, and nutrition monitoring to improve their quality of life.
  • Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counselling.
  • Advise patients and their families on nutritional principles, dietary plans and diet modifications, and food selection and preparation.
  • Consult with physicians and health care personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of patient or client.
  • Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards.
  • Organize, develop, analyse, test, and prepare special meals such as low-fat, low-cholesterol and chemical-free meals.
  • Develop curriculum and prepare manuals, visual aids, course outlines, and other materials used in teaching.
  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate dietary, nutritional, and epidemiological research.
  • Coordinate diet counselling services.
  • Select, train and supervise workers who plan, prepare and serve meals.
  • Manage quantity food service departments or clinical and community nutrition services.
  • Develop policies for food service or nutritional programs to assist in health promotion and disease control.
  • Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance.
  • Advise food service managers and organizations on sanitation, safety procedures, menu development, budgeting, and planning to assist with the establishment, operation, and evaluation of food service facilities and nutrition programs
  • Write research reports and other publications to document and communicate research findings.
  • Coordinate recipe development and standardization and develop new menus for independent food service operations.
  • Prepare and administer budgets for food, equipment and supplies.
  • Plan and prepare grant proposals to request program funding.
  • Test new food products and equipment.
  • Confer with design, building, and equipment personnel to plan for construction and remodelling of food service units.
  • Must able to speak Mandarin and English (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Work for 44 hours a week
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist, Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
