EasyBiz Cloud is a B2B SaaS platform — a business operating system for laundry, dry cleaning, and repair businesses across Southeast Asia. We have strong product-market fit and dozens of active customers. Now we're growing our BD team in Singapore.
The Role
You'll find, qualify, and close SME owners across Singapore — face-to-face, in the field, building real relationships. You won't be figuring it out alone: we have a full BD playbook, AI tools, and the founder coaches you directly.
What You'll Do
- Prospect via Google Maps, LinkedIn, walk-ins, referrals
- Run discovery calls and live demos
- Close deals and help customers with PSG/EDG grants
- Build referral networks at industry events
What We're Looking For
- Any customer-facing experience — sales, retail, F&B, account management
- Can explain things simply to SME owners (the "uncle and auntie" test)
- Hungry, coachable, comfortable in the field 2-3 days a week
- Fluent English; Mandarin a strong plus
- Fresh grads and career switchers welcome — full training provided
Compensation
- Base: SGD 3,000 – 4,500/month
- Commission: 15% of recurring revenue from every deal you close, paid monthly for 12 months
- No cap. Year 1 typical take-home: SGD 60K–68K. Year 2: SGD 85K–115K+
