Responsibility
- Production of drawings and documentation required by the project including Authority submission, Design, Tender, Construction issuance.
- Maintain CAD/BIM standards in the drawings
- Check compliance to local standards and codes
- Coordinate with external team members
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office
- Hands on experience in Corenet submission process
- Familiar with Singapore standards and building regulations
- Able to handle correspondence with Authorities and project team
- Able to work both independently and with a team
- Systematic, proactive and self-motivated
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience
