Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the On-The-Job Training System in alignment with management objectives.
• Optimize existing tools and resources to ensure accurate and timely assignment of learning content into the Learning Management System (LMS). Provide training and support to employees on utilizing services and applications to enhance their learning experience.
• Develop and execute training plans, schedules and budgets to meet the training needs of employees and stakeholders with Singapore. Collaborate with management to ensure training programs are effectively implemented, communicated, and monitored in compliance with organizational goals.
• Facilitate training sessions, including classroom-based, e-learning and On-The-Job trainings for employees and stakeholders at Bedok and Chai Chee.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting participants feedback, measuring impact on business outcomes and recommending improvements.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions, and overseeing training materials and equipment’s. Participate in Learning and Development projects as needed.
• Lead in training, production productivity and cost improvement projects
• Support audit processes by attending to requirements and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, Engineering or relevant field.
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance is preferred. Technical certifications or postgraduate degrees are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with training delivery in cleanroom environments or high tech manufacturing is highly desired
• Competence in creating engaging and effective training content ( instructor-led and e-learning )
• Experience managing training logistics and documentation for audits ( ISO,IATF, etc )
• Proficient in e-learning platforms ( Learning management System ), Microsoft office application and development of Power BI reports
• Self-motivated, Adaptability and resourceful to work independently in a fast-changing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Tasks

• Overall Capacity modelling/planning/expenditures for the filter business.

• Works with planning,manufacturing, process and equipment engineering to ensure demand is met.
• Review capacity model, understanding the constraints and track cycle to cycle capacity changes.
• Identify bottle-neck process and workout capacity improvement projects with cross-functional teams and/orCapEx for capacity ramping/ expansion for the Filter business.
• Review capital and cashflow requirements, driving activities to improve capital efficiency and reduce cost.
• Conduct time study and update processes cycle time.
• Lead and drive cross functional teams to continuously improve OEE, cycle time and processes.
• Identify process and operation inefficiencies in order to propose solutions for optimization andimprovement.

Secondary Tasks

• Project management using Gantt chart / Action plan to execute and track the timeline of tools ready for production.
• Lead, coordinate and work with cross functional teams such as logistic, contractors, tools suppliers,equipment engineers, process engineers, facility engineers, environment health and safety officer to install thetools as planned.
• Brainstorm/Support with layout engineer to optimize equipment density, production flow and expansion.

Job Requirements

• BS in Industrial Engineering required, MS preferred.

• 8 years related experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, experience in SemiconductorIndustry preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts, practices, and principles

• Preferred experience with Backend Assembly, Test and Die packing

• Good communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written).

Possess Project Management skills.

Directs and coordinates multiple wafer fab operations required in the production of semiconductor integrated circuits. Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to, wafer fabrication, assembly line maintenance, equipment engineering, process engineering and chemical mix activities. Establishes production schedules based on product requirements and material supply. Manages budgets for equipment expenditures and direct/indirect labor. • Perform 12-hour shift to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis
• Assist Engineer in the installation and hook-up of new equipment
