Responsibilities
Collaborate with main contractors to plan and monitor civil and infrastructure work progress, ensuring alignment with project schedules
Supervise construction activities to verify compliance with contract drawings and specifications
Prepare detailed correspondence reports that include corrective actions and value-added recommendations based on best practices
Maintain accurate daily work records, including documenting additional work claims for clients and subcontractors
Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties to support project objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Apply knowledge of civil and infrastructure works to effectively oversee construction projects
Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Manage work schedules including six-day work weeks and shift work during critical project phases
Operate effectively while stationed at the site office
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
