Job Summary
We are seeking a BIM Facade Modeler to support facade and building envelope projects. The role focuses on BIM modeling, drawing production, and coordination for facade systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models and producing detailed shop and construction drawings for aluminum, glass, and cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain BIM models for facade systems using Autodesk Revit
• Use Autodesk Inventor for detailed component modeling and custom facade elements, including fabrication drawings
• Produce shop drawings, construction drawings, and coordination drawings based on project requirements
• Ensure all models and drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues
• Review and update models based on design changes and site feedback
• Support clash detection and coordination processes within BIM environment
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Health, Safety & Environmental Management

• Serve as the Company's Safety Manager and, where required, perform the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer for the factory, workers' dormitory, office, and project sites.
• Review, evaluate, and enhance the Company's safety management system and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections of factories, dormitories, offices, and project sites to ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage all safety and environmental matters, including audits, inspections, incident investigations, and regulatory authority visits.
• Prepare and submit periodic safety and environmental compliance reports.

ISO Management Systems

• Act as Management Representative for the Company's integrated management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline (4-year program), or in Safety, Health and Environment, or other WSH-related qualifications recognised by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Certified in the Lifting Supervisor Safety Course.
• Certified in the Managing Work at Height Course.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

• Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, cost planning, budgeting, and preparation of tender submissions
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), cost summaries, and tender documentation
• Liaise with designers and engineers for preparation and coordination of concept drawings
• Source, evaluate, and recommend subcontractors for approval by the Project Manager (PM) team
• Review tender documents, drawings, and awarded contracts against construction drawings
• Monitor tender and project progress, ensuring timely updates and tracking

Job Qualifications

Pre-Award

• Review and analyse tender and quotation documents, including contractual scope of work and conditions.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to evaluate commercial aspects, terms, and conditions of contracts.

Post-Award

• Review draft Letter of Award (LOA) and subcontract agreements prior to execution.
