Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet and greet lounge passengers positively and politely.
· Clear plates and used cutlery from passengers’ tables, politely and promptly.
· Ensure that the overall cleanliness of the lounge is well maintained.
· Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, or lounge offerings.
· Promptly clean all tables, chairs, and sofas, after passengers have vacated the area.
· Replenish all coolers and bar counters with the necessary drinks and table accessories.
· Ensure quick and correct order fulfillment and delivery
· To assist in covering any other job positions, as and when required by the working situation.
· Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
· Ability to read, write and converse in English.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good customer service skills.
· Adaptable to change and a good team player.
· Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long hours.
· Comfortable with laborious/physical work.
· Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment.
· Training will be provided, no experience needed.
· May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed
. Available to work both day and night shifts
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, especially in busy or high-traffic areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours, based on airport operations.
