Role Overview
This is a unique, accelerated-growth opportunity designed for ahigh-calibre early-career professional or an exceptional fresh graduate.Operating as a strategic right-hand and operational partner to the ExecutiveChairman, you will gain a front-row seat to executive decision-making and theglobal digital economy. This role requires a highly analytical, high-agencyindividual who is as comfortable managing complex strategic projects as theyare executing the day-to-day administrative and digital operations that keepthe Institute running. You will wear many hats—from driving high-priorityinitiatives and managing technical tools to owning our public communicationsand internal administration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Advisory
- Drive Core Initiatives: Support and track the progress of key Institute frameworks and concept papers, particularly those focusing on sovereign infrastructure architectures, compliant stablecoins, and RWA tokenization.
- Research & Executive Briefing: Conduct deep-dive research into Industry 4.0, Agentic AI, and global regulatory shifts, synthesizing complex findings into concise, actionable briefing materials for the Executive Chairman.
- Strategic Alignment: Act as an active sounding board and analytical partner, helping ensure that Institute projects align with the Finternet manifesto and compliance-first design principles.
Digital Product & ProjectManagement
- Project Coordination: Manage and support the end-to-end development cycles for proprietary digital utilities, platforms, and technical solutions designed by RFI.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Serve as the connective tissue between technical development teams, compliance experts, and external partners, ensuring clear documentation and smooth communication.
- Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor milestones, manage resource allocation, and proactively clear operational bottlenecks from the initial scoping phases through to beta testing and market launch.
Communications & EcosystemManagement
- Digital Presence & Content: Take ownership of the RFI website and social media channels. Maintain, update, and generate content that amplifies our strategic narrative, announces key initiatives, and engages our global audience of industry stakeholders.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Help manage communications and relationships with a high-level network of Executive Fellows, academic partners, international advisors, and joint venture collaborators.
- Bridge Law Enforcement & Crypto: Support the logistical and strategic coordination of dialogues, roundtables, and policy working groups connecting digital asset platforms with regulators.
- Executive Drafting: Prepare primary drafts for talking points, diplomatic correspondence, and strategic narratives for the Executive Chairman's engagements at international summits.
Operations & Administration
- Core Administration & Payroll: Manage the day-to-day administrative backbone of the Institute, including processing payroll, tracking expenses, and ensuring fundamental business operations run smoothly.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline internal workflows by liaising with corporate service providers, PR teams, and accounting partners to ensure seamless operational compliance and efficiency.
- Event & Program Support: Assist in the operational planning and execution of global initiatives, including the Institute's flagship digital assets summits and executive training programs.
- Executive Leverage: Proactively manage the Executive Chairman’s schedule and commitments, anticipating needs and ensuring leadership focus remains on high-leverage activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience. Backgrounds in management consulting, corporate strategy, technical project management, or high-growth startups are highly advantageous. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong internship pedigrees will be strongly considered.
- Education: Strong academic track record with a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline from a top-tier institution.
- Capabilities: Outstanding analytical horsepower. You possess the ability to deconstruct complex, ambiguous problems and build structured, logical solutions.
- Digital & Content Savvy: Experience with (or a strong willingness to learn) website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and professional social media management (e.g., LinkedIn, X).
- Project & Admin Mindset: Strong organizational skills with a practical understanding of project management principles, a keen interest in digital product development, and the meticulousness required for administrative and payroll duties.
- Communication: Sharp, precise written and verbal communication skills. You can distill dense, complex information into clear, executive-ready insights.
