Project Manager (ACMV)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (ACMV) to oversee and manage building services projects.

Location: Jurong East 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-515pm 
Salary: Up to $3500
Employment type: One year renewable contract

About the Role:
We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support project and delivery operations within an elevator engineering environment. This role involves coordinating the shipment of elevator systems and components for both local and overseas projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery schedules for elevator components and systems across local and international projects
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to project sites
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to obtain and verify product specifications, technical drawings, and order details
• Ensure correct components are allocated and delivered according to project requirements
• Work closely with engineering, project, and warehouse teams to support smooth execution
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation for overseas deliveries
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery discrepancies or documentation issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in logistics coordination, engineering support, or project coordination preferred
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications will be an advantage
• Familiar with international shipping processes and documentation (preferred)
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Project Leadership – Lead and manage ACMV projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, quality, and contractual timelines.

• Site & Team Management – Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors; monitor site progress, safety, and productivity.
• Testing & Commissioning – Oversee system testing, validation, and handover to clients, ensuring compliance with performance requirements.
• Stakeholder & Contract Administration – Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors; manage documentation, variation orders, and reporting.
• Safety & Continuous Improvement – Enforce workplace safety standards, investigate incidents, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 year of ACMV Project Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems including Chilled Water Systems, VRV / VRF Systems, AHU, FCU
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards, authority requirements and ACMV practice
• Possess BCSS/WSHMCI
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.

• Documentation & Administration – Prepared progress claims, verified subcontractor payments, conducted site measurements, and maintained project records in line with ISO standards.

• Site Supervision – Conducted site inspections, ensured subcontractor compliance with specifications, and monitored quality, safety, and execution progress.

• Stakeholder Coordination – Liaised with consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients; attended site meetings and technical discussions to resolve issues.

• Quality & Safety Compliance – Supported safety initiatives, enforced quality standards, and contributed to smooth project execution and delivery.
