Job Responsibilities : 

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities for heavy equipment (construction and mining)
• Liaise and build strong rapport with new/existing clients by providing excellent pre and after-sales support
• Analyze competitors' products and implement effective sales strategies
• Follow-up with customers’ inquiries, feedback and emails.
• Prepare proforma invoices and technical specifications to customers
• Monitor and enforce debt collection from customers to minimize credit risks
• Prepare and submit daily sales activities report and bi-weekly sales reports to the Management
• Perform full spectrum of sales activities and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the company

Requirements

• Min. O Levels, but candidates with Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering would have an advantage

Key Responsibilities

A. Legal Counsel & ParalegalSupport

• Draft, review, and prepare a variety of legal documents, including letters, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and routine legal correspondence.
• Prepare and compile board reports, internal compliance materials, and business presentations with legal content.
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents impacting the Group's operations.
• Manage and organize legal files, documentation, and databases, ensuring easy retrieval and strict confidentiality.
• Liaise with external law firms and regulatory bodies as directed, coordinating responses and tracking progress.

B. Executive & Administrative Support

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director, managing a complex and dynamic schedule.
• Arrange, coordinate, and prioritize all business meetings, including agenda preparation, venue booking, and logistics.
• Manage personal appointments and commitments for Managing Director with the same level of professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Make detailed travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas) for both business and personal trips.
• Process expenses and maintain a systematic filing system for all administrative and personal documents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized University. Admission to the bar in [Jurisdiction, e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.] is highly preferred. Candidates with a Paralegal Certification and exceptional experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in a legal role (law firm or in-house) and as a personal/executive assistant to C-suite level management.
• Technical Skills:

• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and electric material handling equipment

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults

Service engines, motors, batteries, chargers, brakes, steering, and lifting systems

Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and fault codes

Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment complies with workplace safety standards

Replace defective parts and test equipment after repair

Maintain service records and job reports

Support breakdown calls and on-site repairs when needed

Requirements

Experience with diesel engines and electric-powered material handling equipment

Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and battery systems

Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic workshop equipment

Understanding of safety procedures in warehouse or industrial environments

Technical certification in mechanical, automotive, heavy equipment, or related field is often preferred

• Month end closing process and quarterly financial reports for management purposes
• Processing high volume of payment through e-banking system
• Handle Tax and GST submission
• Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing
• Prepare payroll, fill Employment Income and claim government paid leaves
• Be able to prepare budget and forecast cash flow

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel

Job Description:

• Prepare sales and cost forecast, cashflow forecast, management accounts for individual business divisions
• Prepare and ensure that submission of reports to the management is done on a timely basis
• Oversee and monitor the Accounts Department:
• Checking day to day work of Accounts team
• Ensuring collections from customers are prompt and do not exceed credit limit
• Ensuring payments for suppliers are prompt and do not exceed credit limit, including review of banking documents such as LC, TR, invoice financing etc.
• Checking accuracy of accounting records
• Review GST submissions
• Review reports to ensure that stocks are moving
• Liaise with Auditors, tax agent, company secretary and bankers
• Assist CEOs and Financial Controller on any business projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance and a Chartered Accountant with Postgraduate qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of tax legislation
• Good knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements is highly essential
• Knowledge and experience with internal control documentation
