A Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and execution of production processes. This role involves monitoring production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, control and implement production plans and schedules that align with company objectives.
• Monitor production and vendor processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Coordinate directly with production teams or vendors to ensure product quality and delivery in meeting customer expectations.
• Analyze and monitor production data and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines accurately to support production workflow
• Carry and transfer work-in-progress (WIP) materials safely to maintain production efficiency
• Identify and avoid exposure to chemicals such as solder, Loctite, ink, and cleaning solvents to ensure personal safety
• Follow instructions communicated in simple English to perform tasks correctly

Job Summary

You will assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic molds, optimize molding processes for quality consistency, inspect mold components, and ensure timely tool assembly and debugging to support production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and troubleshoot molding, dismantle and fabricate new plastics molds

• Attend Mold testing and perform molding process optimization to achieve part consistency quality.

• Perform mold repairs maintenance, troubleshoot molding problems and record.

• Inspect all mold components and work pieces

• Read and understanding of Product/ Interpret engineering drawings/ manufacturing process/ Knowledge of measurement.

• New Tool assembly and debug to ensure FA submission on time.

• Ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC in Precision Engineering or relevant

• Prior experience with mold setting and tooling design

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• A good team player, disciplined to work under minimal supervision.

• Able to operate different types of molding machines

• Able to start work immediately / short notice

Responsibilities:

a) Process sample and order requests, including creation of delivery orders to customers

b) Handle sales enquiries and technical-related issues

c) Prepare and provide quotations for customers

d) Process catalog requests with overseas sales teams and customers

e) Expedite and reschedule customer orders as required

f) Liaise with relevant departments regarding urgent shipments

g) Manage and attend to sales calls

h) Prepare AS9100 documentation

The Requirement:

• Customer service experience of 3 to 5 years in electronic components
• Good office/computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and process documentation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide customer service over phone and email
• Familiarity with shipping documents and customer procedures
• ITE/Diploma in a technical field, preferably with inside or outside technical sales experience
• Multilingual skills are a plus; fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous
• Experience working in an ERP system environment
