WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels to drive free trial signups and paid subscriptions
· Continuously test and scale ad campaigns — running creative variations across audiences, formats, placements, and messaging to identify what works
· Conceptualise thumb-stopping static and video ad creatives, and produce clear briefs for designers and video editors to bring them to life
· Track, optimise and report on campaign performance to improve acquisition costs, trial-to-paid conversion rate, and ROAS, with a focus on sustainable growth
· Identify and build audience segments based on user personas, platform data, and market research to sharpen messaging and improve campaign performance
· Stay ahead of paid marketing trends and product developments, especially in the SaaS and fintech space
REQUIREMENTS
Education& Experience
· Diploma or Degree holder
· Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition
· Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google
· Experience in SaaS or fintech marketing
· (Strong plus) Experience in marketing to US audiences
· (Preferred) Interest in financial markets, investing, or trading
