Responsibilities
Business Development: Actively identify and cultivate new business leads and a diverse clientele base specifically for vehicle leasing.
Account Management: Provide dedicated service to existing accounts, focusing on long-term relationship building and client retention.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans and sales strategies to meet company goals, ensure profitability, and expand market share.
Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing research and analysis of market trends to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of industry shifts.
Requirements
- Education: A Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field of study.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales (B2B) and account management. - Industry Knowledge: A strong grasp of customer dynamics, market requirements, and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Soft Skills: Must be highly customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical/Legal: Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is mandatory for this role.
