Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to Director, oversee end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding
• Support work pass applications and oversee staff claims processing by verifying accuracy and facilitating HR-level approvals
• Build and maintain positive employee relations by supporting engagement, resolving concerns, and fostering a respectful workplace
• Maintain accurate employee leave records and update them promptly in HR systems
• Design and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal HR policies
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll co-ordination, HR systems (HRIS), and employee records management
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to strengthen retention and morale

Key Pre-requisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5–8 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and payroll tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Experience handling work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit)
• Familiarity with government grants and HR-related compliance

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT products and services (e.g., IT hardware, software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure).
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct client presentations, product demos, and solution proposals tailored to business needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT products, solutions, and services.
• Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams
• Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Manage renewals, licensing, and service agreements.

Job Pre-requisite

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Candidates with a Class 2B or Class 3 driving licence will have an added advantage
• Passion in IT or Sales and eager to learn

Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for senior-level positions, while those without prior sales experience are welcome to apply and will be considered for junior roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on service delivery matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular service review meetings and provide performance reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project engineers, field support engineers and vendors to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.
• Manage change requests, incident escalations, and problem resolution effectively
• Lead and manage service delivery teams, including engineers and support staff.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity and performance.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Negotiate and monitor vendor SLAs and performance.
• Support contract management, renewals, and identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported via phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Aiming to solve problems immediately upon first contact to maintain high user productivity.
• Handling account provisioning, including setting up new users (onboarding) and closing accounts for departing staff
• Identifying complex issues that require specialised attention and escalate to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams
• Ensuring all requests are handled within agreed-upon timeframes to meet organisational standards.
• Maintain and update the software application with a comprehensive knowledge base of common issues and solutions to improve team efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365 and basic networking is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal skills are essential for explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and logically troubleshoot complex systems.
• ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Fundamentals
