About Us:
We are an established manufacturing company seeking a proactive and detail oriented Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating sales activities while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Team
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents
- Coordinate customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records sales, customer information and inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Manage filing, data entry, and general office administration duties
- Assist management with reports, correspondence, and other assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, responsible, and able to work independently
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
