About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in exploring Singapore immigration options, provide professional consultation services, and guide them through the application process. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Follow up with leads from walk-ins, referrals, and online enquiries.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients' eligibility for Singapore Permanent Residency.
• Explain service packages, answer client questions, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Management

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Guide clients through the immigration process and provide regular updates.
• Work closely with the processing team to prepare and submit applications.

Administrative & Coordination

• Keep accurate records of consultations, sales, and client documents.
• Ensure all applications comply with ICA, MOM, and company requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and assist clients when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or immigration consultancy is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and able to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused.

This role sits at the front line of our advisory pipeline. Your job is simple in concept but execution-heavy: convert inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations, and ensure our advisory calendar runs at full, efficient capacity.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Appointment Setting & Lead Conversion

• Engage inbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, forms, social channels)
• Conduct outbound follow-ups on warm and cold leads
• Qualify prospects based on basic eligibility and intent
• Clearly communicate the value of our advisory sessions
• Secure confirmed, paid or committed bookings

2. Calendar & Booking Management

• Manage and optimise advisor calendars daily
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Minimise no-shows through reminders and follow-ups
• Ensure full utilisation of available advisory slots

3. Lead Handling & Tracking

• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes
• Prioritise high-intent leads and manage pipeline flow

4. Client Communication

• Handle objections confidently (pricing, hesitation, timing)
• Provide clear, concise information without overpromising
• Maintain a professional, persuasive tone at all times

This role is the backbone of our application process. You are responsible for turning messy, incomplete client submissions into clean, structured, submission-ready documentation.

It’s detail-heavy, repetitive at times, and unforgiving of mistakes. If you’re sloppy, this role will expose it quickly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Document Sorting & Organisation

• Review and categorise client documents based on internal checklists
• Ensure correct document types, formats, and completeness
• Flag missing, inconsistent, or non-compliant documents
• Maintain a structured digital filing system for every client

2. Scanning & File Preparation

• Scan, rename, and organise documents to internal standards
• Ensure clarity, legibility, and correct formatting of all files
• Convert raw submissions into clean, submission-ready sets

3. Client Follow-Up & Coordination

• Contact clients to request missing or corrected documents
• Clearly explain document requirements and expectations
• Follow up consistently to close document gaps
• Handle basic client queries related to document submission

4. Quality Control

• Cross-check documents before handover to the next stage
• Ensure zero critical errors in documentation sets
• Maintain strict adherence to internal SOPs and compliance standards
