Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth service
Supervise and coordinate floor staff
Attend to customers, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service
Perform cashiering duties, including order processing, billing, and payment collection (cash, card, and digital payments)
Handle daily cash reconciliation and ensure accuracy of transactions
Ensure high standards of customer service and address customer feedback or complaints
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations
Coordinate with kitchen to ensure efficient operations
Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, and staff training
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B
Experience in cashiering and handling POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer interactions and manage operations independently
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing coffee shop or food court operations
Basic knowledge of licensing requirements (e.g. SFA / NEA regulations)
Leadership experience in supervising a team
