• Serve as Resident Technical Officer/Resident Engineer, overseeing on-site technical operations and resolving issues promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a BCA approved degree in Civil Engineering (essential for regulatory compliance and professional practice)

You will ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations, supporting project quality and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Verify that site works follow approved drawings and technical specifications to maintain project standards
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and local construction codes
• Apply knowledge of Eurocodes and local regulations to oversee site supervision effectively
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain construction quality
• Document site progress and report deviations or non-compliance promptly for corrective action

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES (highly preferred)
• Prior experience in site supervision and familiarity with local construction regulations and Eurocodes
