We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage workers, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of workers and staff to meet project plans, specifications, and deadlines
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support to improve productivity and quality
• Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on site by enforcing workplace safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to workers to ensure clear communication and task completion
• Inspect work quality to ensure standards are met and report progress, issues, and delays to management
• Handle worker attendance, leave, and basic administrative duties to support workforce management
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to align operations and resolve issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma, ITI, or relevant qualification as minimum educational requirement
