We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Mechanical Engineer to support the Design and Engineering team in the development of mechanical systems. 

The ideal candidate should possess strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and have practical experience using AutoCAD for drafting and design work. 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with Senior Product Designer on a variety of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of mechanical components
• Prepare and modify technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and 3D software. 
• Support project planning and bill of material activities
• Review technical specifications of material and parts
• Maintain engineering records, drawings, and reports
• Participate in project meetings as required

Qualifications

• Experienced in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or 3Dvsoftware
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering drawing
• Good communication and teamwork ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD drafting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with additional design software such as SolidWorks or Inventor is a plus

Job Scope:

The Production Supervisor isresponsible for leading and coordinating day‑to‑day manufacturing operations toensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production output. This role overseesproduction teams, ensures compliance with SOPs and safety regulations, andsupports continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations Management

• Oversee all manufacturing activities on the production floor to achieve daily output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials according to the production schedule.
• Monitor workflow, machine utilization, and process conditions to prevent delay or downtime.
• Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams for the timely rollout of production. 

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure production processes follow approved SOPs, production standards, and customer specifications.
• Conduct in‑process quality assurance and quality for parts deviations and to take immediate action. 
• Support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Liaise with Design and QC teams for inspections, audits, and documentation updates.

. Team Leadership & Workforce Management

• Supervise, mentor, and develop operators and service and assembly personnel to work efficiently on the job assignments. 
• Conduct toolbox and safety briefings on the daily production targets, safety reminders, and operational updates.
• Enforce workplace discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
• Facilitate proper handover between each stage of the production to ensure smooth operation.

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

• Enforce compliance with plant safety rules, PPE requirements and safe work procedures.
• Conduct regular safety walkabouts and ensure immediate correction of unsafe conditions.
• Participate in incident investigations and support HSE initiatives.
• Maintain 5S standards to keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Production Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and report production progress including output, challenges, downtime, scrap rate, and labour utilization.
• Prepare weekly updates covering progress of production, manpower deployment, and issues encountered.
• Escalate critical issue, quality deviations, and material shortages in a timely manner.
• Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Resource Management

• Monitor consumables for tools and machine, and critical spare parts to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, usage, and traceability of materials and tools.
• Support annual inventory audits as required.

Continuous Improvement

• Support Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities within the production area.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflow, reduce waste, excessive labour cost and improve machine efficiency.
• Collaborate with design and engineering, procurement and QC, on productivity improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Process, Mand E or related engineering field. 
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and safety regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to understand production stages, job schedule, and manpower planning. 

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrator tosupport our company operations and ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.This role focuses on employee lifecycle support—particularly onboarding and HR administration—alongside office management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources

• Manage work pass application & foreign worker matters in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Assists with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement and training, orientation activities.
• Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, attendance and HR databases
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related support

Office Administration

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
• Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, guests visit and reception
• Coordinate meetings, internal events, and company communications
• Manage travel arrangement, including flight and hotel bookings and visa application if any
• Support facilities management and workplace safety initiatives

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in in relevant field
• Min 3 years of experience in HR operations and office administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations an advantage
• Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
