Job Summary

Manage full set of accounts and financial reporting for a marine service company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions to support audit and tax requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR),General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate recording of accounting entries.
• Perform proper intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
• Prepare the quarterly GST tax filing.
• Preparation requires schedules/ reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents or authorities as required.
• Preferred knowledge in preparing Consolidation Financial Statements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of preparing Consolidation Financial Statements

Other Information

• Salary: $1200 - $1800
• Working Days: 2 or 3 days per week (9am - 5pm), flexible and negotiable during interview
