Job Summary

Support architectural projects by preparing design and presentation drawings, submission documentation, and construction drawings while coordinating with authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure project compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design and presentation drawings to effectively communicate concepts to clients
• Develop submission drawings and compile documentation to meet regulatory authority requirements
• Assist senior architects in producing construction and working drawings, including tender documentation, to support project execution
• Coordinate project requirements and approvals by liaising with relevant authorities, consultants, and clients
• Utilize Bim Modelling (Revit or ArchiCAD), AutoCAD, SketchUp to produce accurate and high-quality drafting work for architectural projects

1. Create visually compelling design presentations and express creative concepts for Architectural, Interior & Landscape Design.

2. Focus on the visual representation of design projects, ensuring high-quality output.

3. Explore and implement AI-assisted design tools to enhance the creative workflow and efficiency.

4. Conduct research on and apply advanced AI models like Gemini AI, Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.

5. Integrate AI-generated visuals with traditional design media for seamless project delivery.

6. Proficient in essential design and visualization software, including Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape/D5 Render.

7. Passionate about visual storytelling, with a strong aesthetic sense and quick learning ability.
