Job Responsibilities
· Maintain full set of accounts
· Prepare monthly financialreports for several entities.
· Perform daily bankreconciliation and prepare monthly cash flow forecast
· Verify invoices and processpayments
· Monitor and track rental collection
· Support audit and taxprocesses by preparing and organizing required documentation.
· Prepare and submit GST returns incompliance with regulatory requirements.
· Maintain loan repayment schedules
· Assist with finance-related tasks,ad hoc administrative duties, including preparation of XBRL.
· Perform other duties and reports asassigned, including possible inventory record management
Requirements
· Diploma in Accounting
· Minimum 3-5 years relatedworking experience, preferably in Property /Retail/Trading environment
· Proficient in MS Excel &Word is required
· Past experience in corporatesecretarial work is advantageous
