Uphold rigorous hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Maintain a clean and inviting dining room by efficiently clearing and resetting tables.
Monitor the cleanliness and sanitisation
Ensure all dishes served align perfectly with order specifications.
Keep service stations well-stocked and organised throughout the shift.
Requirements
Secondary education completed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a service team.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Capable of working efficiently under pressure during peak hours.

Sommelier Requirements:
Certification as a sommelier or a degree in hospitality is beneficial.

Extensive knowledge on wines and regions of the different types.
Knowledge of local vineyards and wineries.
An understanding of the wine making process.
Available to work long hours, weekends, and travel.
