Freelance Chartered Accountant (JB Based) - 1 Day Per Month (SG Travel Required)

Job Summary

We seek a seasoned Chartered Accountant based in Johor Bahru for a unique ultra-part-time role managing Singapore corporate tax compliance and statutory filings with monthly on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS ensuring full compliance with Singapore tax regulations
• Prepare and submit Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) within 3 months after financial year-end to meet statutory deadlines
• Manage end-to-end preparation and submission of Corporate Tax returns (Form C / Form C-S) for Singapore entities
• Compile Year-End Unaudited Financial Statements in compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and SFRS standards
• Travel monthly to the Singapore office to align with the team and review financial health and compliance status
• Execute all duties within a 1-2 day monthly on-site commitment, maintaining independence and accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Registered Chartered Accountant qualification (e.g., MIA, ACCA, ISCA/CA Singapore, or equivalent)
• Certified GST Adviser with current knowledge of IRAS regulations
• Proven experience working with Singapore entities on ECI, Form C-S/C, and financial compilation reports
• Based in Johor Bahru with valid passport and ability to travel monthly to Singapore without visa restrictions
