ROLES You will support the day-to-day retail operations while delivering an engaging and knowledgeable customer experience. This role goes beyond basic sales, requiring you to understand product features, demonstrate items, and guide customers in selecting the right product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Sales Operations Engage walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable product.
Demonstrate product features, basic setup, and functionality to enhance customer confidence in purchase
Support store operations including handling of ePOS, merchandizing and maintenance of display
Monitor inventory levels and highlight fast-moving or low-stock items
Assist with receiving stock, unpacking, and ensuring proper storage
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales support in line with company guidelines
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are always well-presented
Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches
Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time

Finance Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and General Ledger using QuickBooks
Perform daily reconciliation of vending machine sales and retail shop sales and prepare daily reports, including reconciliation against electronic payment system records and bank receipt.
Prepare weekly sales report from online platform including reconciliation against bank receipt.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts and payments.
Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
Assist in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliation, and accounting schedules.
Handle GST filing and ensure timely submission to IRAS.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and external partners as required.
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between receipts and banks differences and escalate issues where necessary.
Participate in scheduled and ad hoc cash audits and inventory stocktakes at retail outlets and warehouse locations.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Human Resource Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening of candidates, and interview coordination.
Assist in onboarding processes, including preparation of employment documentation and coordination of new hire arrangements.
Support employment lifecycle processes including contracts, work pass administration (where applicable), renewals, and offboarding coordination.
Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g. MOM, IRAS, ACRA) on administrative HR matters where required.
Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
