Job Summary
You will lead daily stall operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with environmental standards, and drive sales performance to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily stall operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance and service standards
- Ensure stall operations comply with National Environment Agency standards to meet regulatory requirements
- Control wastage and optimize operational efficiency to reduce costs and improve profitability
- Clean, cut, and prepare seafood for customers
- Portion fish according to customer requests
- Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood
- Assist in displaying seafood attractively
- Support operations during peak hours
- Reduce wastage through proper cutting techniques
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience of 5 years in F&B, wet market, or retail operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a retail or food service environment
- Strong operational knowledge to manage daily business activities effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and manage long working hours
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Skills in process improvement to enhance operational workflows
- Experience in recruiting and managing staff
