1. Operational Management : Plan and oversee daily cleanning operations, including scheduling cleaning staff and equipment deployment for multiple locations.

2. Quality Control & Compliance : Conduct regular site inspections, audits and ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, health standards and company SOPs.

3. Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing complaints, gathering feedback and ensuring service expectations are surpassed.

4. Staff Management & Training : Recruit, train, supervise and mentor cleaning teams, including supervisors.

5. Manage site budgets to minimise costs

Budgeting & Estimating : Developing the original budget and providing high-level cost estimates for resources.
Cost Monitoring & Control : Tracking spending, measuring variences and implementing corrective to minmize budget deviations.
Reporting & Forecasting : Providing regular (often monthly) updates on project progress, cost and cash flow to management.
Risk Management : Indentifying financial risk and updating risk registers to prepare for potensial cost overruns.\
Contract Management : Reviewing purchase orders, subcontractors and change.

1. Manage all on-site activities , ensuring smooth operations and colobration among contractors, supplierss & subcontractors.
2. Plan and Monitor : Devlop project plans, schedules & monitor progress to meet targes
Independently Manage : Take charge of activities ensuring they align with projects goals and quality standards.
3. Lead The Team : Supervise and motivate the project team to achieve project objectives within stipulated timeframe and budget.
4. Resolve Issue : Address and resolve design related issue .
5. Ensure Quality and Safety : Oversee work quality and enforce hwalth and safety standard on sites.
Manage Risk : Identify and manage project risk to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Assist Project Manager : Support the Project Manager with site coordination and other tasks as required.

Job Role Description

- Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirement.
- Coordinate activities with subcontractors in accordance of project schedules and contract requirements.
- Manage budget and expenditure of the project to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Manage resources required on site.
- Manage workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor the progress of construction to ensure it adheres to the project timeline.
- Negotiate with relevant parties to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Plan work schedules to ensure project plans are carried out as planned.
