Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Take and process food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to our standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented outlet at all times.
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
- Support food preparation and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Engage with customers to provide a memorable café experience.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
