Managing the design of utilities diversion routes, supporting structures and other required structures.
Coordinate with authorities to facilitate work progress such as PUB, SPPG, LTA etc.
Engage and liaise with main contractors/clients & approved subcontractors for any services diversion works.
Approval request submission to relevant authorities for services diversion and traffic diversion at site.
Incorporate utilities diversion plan to construction schedule.
Planning for reinstatement.
Preparation of quotations & Purchase Orders to relevant stake-holders.
Preparation of CIAR (construction impact assessment report) for PUB/LTA.
Establishment of short & long-term overall utility plan.
Management of each activity for utility work on site.
Preparation & coordination with clients & subcontractors for NCE (notification for commencement of earthworks).
Approval for PTD (permit to dig) related utilities.
Pegging and demarcation for utilities on site.
Regular inspection / petrol / visual check for existing utilities.
Establishment of emergency plan for utilities.
To check daily, weekly and monthly progress report before submission.
Must be able to work 6 days per week.
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years engineering experience in large scale and complex projects.
