Requirements

• Certificates or exemptions from CMFAS modules will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

What You’ll Do

• Create & Ideate: Pitch ideas, write scripts, and produce engaging short- and long-form video content
• Film & Edit: Shoot and edit videos that are both informative and scroll-stopping
• Design Visuals: Create thumbnails, covers, and simple graphics to elevate content
• Write Copy: Craft captions and ad copy, including simple Chinese content for Xiaohongshu
• Track Performance: Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights

What We’re Looking For

• Available for a 3–6 months internship
• Strong interest in social media trends and digital content creation
• Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu
• Experience creating content (personal projects or school work welcomed)
• Comfortable being on camera when required
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Able to understand basic Chinese and comfortable creating or adapting simple Chinese content for Xiaohongshu (fluency not required)
• Proactive, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized financial advice to clients on a wide range of financial matters, including investments, insurance, retirement planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions with a range of wealth management products (unit trusts, ETFs, direct bonds, stocks, insurance).
• Identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals and outreach efforts.
• Conducting financial reviews and keep abreast of customer needs.
• Delivers support to clients, within and beyond office hours.
• Ensure all activities including regulated activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong interest in investment products. Candidates with the relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Holds either one of the following qualifications:
• A full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level;
• An International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification;
• A diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore; or
• Any other academic qualification equivalent to the qualifications above.
• Certificates or exemptions from CMFAS/IBF modules will be advantageous.
• Candidates without working experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research within assigned areas of fixed income market coverage, including financial analysis and modelling.
• Generate timely and actionable fixed income investment ideas by evaluating a broad universe of bonds and bond funds.
• Collaborate with regional Fixed Income analysts on key coverage priorities, and contribute to investment views as one Global Fixed Income team.
• Maintain regular coverage of bond issuers, while actively providing updates on newly issued bonds and identifying new bond recommendations.
• Communicate the team's investment ideas to both the investing public and internal stakeholders through research reports, presentations, and other channels.
• Support the growth of the firm's fixed income business.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
• Leverage existing technologies (including AI) to enhance research workflows.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Business Administration), preferably with experience in investment research.
• Good understanding of the macro and micro factors affecting fixed income markets.
• Ability to analyse financial statements and assess a company's profile based on available information.
• Strong analytical skills, numerical ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of both spoken and written English. Fluency in Mandarin will be viewed favourably.
• Demonstrated interest in and passion for financial markets, with a desire to deepen expertise in Fixed Income.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under ongoing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Check and ensure timely recording/process of all investment transactions and scrutinize daily trades submitted by financial advisory firms and financial institutions
• Comfortable with liaising with external counterparties, including Banks and Fund Managers
• Follow up in resolution of trade discrepancy to ensure accuracy and completeness of daily transactional and settlement
• Coordinate with various parties to ensure compliance in all operational areas
• Reconciliations processing, data population and identifying irregularities during project testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide general administration and support to operations department
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Manager

 Requirements

• Degree with min. 1-2 years’ experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must
• Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast pace environment
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tasks under tight schedule
• Strong sense of responsibility with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Must be willing to work on rotating shifts and on Public Holidays
