Primary Responsibilities and Job Scope

Sales and Business Development

1. Identify, develop, and track business opportunities within assigned strategic accounts, including public and private hospitals, specialty centers, and healthcare institutions.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Neuro Interventionists, Procurement Teams, Nursing Staff, and Hospital Management.

3. Manage a portfolio with an annual sales target and achieve revenue growth through new business acquisition, tender participation, contract renewals, and product conversion opportunities.

4. Develop and execute account plans to increase market share and drive adoption of the company's interventional product portfolio.

5. Work closely with internal stakeholders and principals to develop strategies for customer retention, competitive conversions, and new product launches.

Clinical Support and Product Management

1. Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and technical guidance during procedures where required.

2. Coordinate and conduct product training sessions, workshops, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.

3. Support product evaluations, clinical trials, and user assessments to facilitate product adoption.

4. Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, product issues, and service requirements.

5. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer feedback, and emerging clinical trends to support business planning.

Marketing and Customer Engagement

1. Plan and execute marketing initiatives, scientific meetings, workshops, symposiums, and educational events in collaboration with principals and healthcare institutions.

2. Establish strong customer engagement programs to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.

3. Maintain regular account reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market reports to management.

 Educational and Work Experience Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Vascular Intervention, Neuro Intervention, or related specialties.

3. Experience supporting procedures in operating theatres, catheterization laboratories (Cath Labs), or interventional suites will be an added advantage.

4. Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

5. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

6. Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with strong ownership and accountability.

7. Ability to work independently and execute initiatives in a timely manner.

8. Willingness to travel locally and overseas when required.

9. Possess a positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities and Job Scope

Clinical support (Operating Theatre)

1. Clinical support to assigned product portfolio in the Operating Room space to ensure products are safely deployed, supporting sales team to meet overall business strategy of Healthcare Essentials.

2. support sales team to convert and develop new users and accounts by utilising a high level of technical and surgical knowledge, especially in Surgical, and Gynaecology space.

3. Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the key procedures, techniques, products and competitor offerings. Keep regular updates on clinical publications and developments of relevant disciplines.

4. Engage customers by organising on site in service trainings and educational talks independently.

5. Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders as Ambassador of Healthcare Essentials.

Educational and work Experience requirements:

1)     Minimum 2 years sales experience with diploma/ Degree in business or Marketing. Nursing background will be of added advantage.

2)     Fresh Graduates can be considered.

2)     To manage sales target of S$ 1 million per year.

3)     Develop strategies with key internal stakeholders on acquiring new customers, as well as share gain strategies.

4)     Execute joint marketing and educational activities to achieve mind shares of customers and value building with them in partnership with our key principal/s.

5)     Develop training and quality audits to advise customers on conversion of their existing devices.
