• Watering the plants (landscape maintenance) for school premises
• Conduct daily check to ensure that vehicle is in good and safe condition
• Comply with LTA Road Safety and traffic regulation and site safety

job Qualification:

• Possess class 3 driving license
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required
• Clean driving record
• Positive attitude and physically fit to work

• Liaise with principal clients and suppliers from overseas. Ensure smooth and open communication from them to avoid any delay to our orders/services/operations;

• Oversee all incoming and outgoing enquiries direct/indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper, professionalism and efficient manner;

• Prepare the project/maintenance schedule and report progress to management.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver on project requirements;

• Monitor the maintenance job sheets and maintain systems job sheets for all the school zones;

• Prepare monthly schedule for watering and grass cutting;
• Coordinate with the managers for the work orders that need to do;

• Monitor and follow up the required arborist report and submit to the client on time;

• Prepare quotations, proposals, attain sales enquiries, meet the clients, and do follow ups to all quotations and proposals submitted to clients;

• Issue Purchase Order and coordinate with suppliers regarding the delivery requirements;

• Manage office purchases for related to site requirements;

• Overseeing administrative functions, such as managing office supplies, maintaining records, and handling communication;

• Responsible to all Adhoc duties requirement from Sales and Marketing Department;

• Manage attend clients' enquiries via call and email;

• Report to Director and submit monthly reports and other required documents.

• Administrative support in preparing the documents in submission of workers list;

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the landscape industry is required for this position.
• Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.
• Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.

. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on Horticulture matter;

· To build and maintain strong client relationship and meet Client’s satisfaction;

· Attending feedback pertaining to horticultural works;

. Coordinate horticulture plans and schedules with Town Council;

. In-charge of horticultural maintenance of landscape under Town Council;

. Liaise with Town Council for arranging complains and sort out the issue;

· Identify diseases, pests and insect infestations that affect the health of trees;

· Assess all the plants, trees and materials to be delivered in the site as per drawing;

· Attend site meeting with the clients and reporting to the management regarding the meeting;

· Advise clients on proper care of various types and species of trees;

· Responsible for all site issues and ensure the problems are settle properly with the clients;

· Follow NParks standards and execute for implementation;

· Provide all the documents needed in the projects such as Risk Assessment, Safe Work;

. Procedure, Method of Statement, Work Schedules and other required documents in site;

· Responsible to conduct site briefing and tools box meeting to the workers;

· Liaise with operation team for the delivery of ordered items.

Requirements :

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or equivalent;

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

· Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required;

· Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill.
