• Handle systems relating to shopper management and assist in mall inspection
• Assist CMO in tenant relation matters (E.g. Facilitatetenant’s request and issuance of mall communication materials)
• Provide assistance and general information to shoppers at the Concierge Desk
• Handle the administrative and clerical work relating to the events and promotions at the mall
• Handle mall redemption programs such as vouchers, premiums, and parking
• Assist in customer reward programs including educating tenants on the voucher program
• Assist in collating tenants’ gift voucher reimbursement.
• Assist in events at the mall, especially weekends, whenever necessary. This includes facilitating logistics setup, taking photos, etc.
• Handling and administering Lost & Found items
• Answering incoming phone lines and email enquires
• Assist with assigned administrative duties from Marcom Manager
• Assist Marcom Manager/ Snr Marcom Executive to manage Customer Service Assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the Concierge Desk. This includes efficient allocation of tasks among officers, conflict resolution, etc.
• Prepare monthly duty roster and ensure efficient allocation of manpower.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant concierge or front desk experiences
