1. Vận hành và kiểm soát cơ sở hạ tầng

- Điện: nắm được sơ đồ/ bảng vẽ hệ thống điện đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, an toàn. Kiểm tra, lắp đặt và bảo trì hệ thống định kỳ.

- Nước: nắm được hệ thống cấp – thoát nưỡc, đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động hiệu quả, sữa chữa các sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống như rò rỉ, tắc nghẽn, bảo trì định kỳ các thiết bị liên quan

2. Quản lý an toàn lao động

- Kiểm tra và bảo trì hệ thống PCCC, đảm bảo hoạt động của các thiết bị hệ thống

- Làm việc với các nhà thầu, kỹ sư và các bộ phận khác để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh

- Tập huấn PCCC-CNCH của BQL và đào tạo cho nhân sự công ty

3. Giám sát, bảo dưỡng định kỳ, sửa chữa và thay thế thiết bị

- Thực hiện bảo dưỡng định kỳ cho máy móc và thiết bị để ngăn ngừa hỏng hóc

- Sửa chữa hoặc thay thế các bộ phận hỏng hóc để đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động liên tục

- Giám sát quá trình bảo trì và báo cáo tình trạng vận hành thiết bị

4. Phụ trách & Quản lý Kho

- Nhận hàng, nhận hàng thực tế và nhận hàng phần mềm mua hàng, lưu trữ các chứng từ giao nhận

- Lưu hàng vào kho, lưu ý các mặt hàng đặc biệt

Địa điểm làm việc: Tầng 7, Nhà Xưởng Cao Tầng - Toà 1, Số 2, Đường Bh5, VSIP Bắc Ninh, Phường Từ Sơn, Tỉnh Bắc Ninh.

• Quan trắc hiện trường (Môi trường: nước, khí, đất, trầm tích, bùn, chất thải rắn,…)
• Soạn thảo hướng dẫn công việc được phân công (phương pháp lấy mẫu hiện trường
• Hướng dẫn vận hành bảo trì, vệ sinh máy móc, thiết bị,…)
• Bảo trì, bảo quản và vệ sinh trang thiết bị hiện trường, dụng cụ phòng Phân tích được phân công hoặc có liên quan đến công việc thực hiện
• Thực hiện, duy trì và phát triển phòng Phân tích tuân thủ theo ISO/IEC 17025, VIMCERTS
• Giải trình và ghi chép các biểu mẫu quan trắc hiện trường và thiết bị theo quy định
• Đảm bảo an toàn và phòng cháy chữa cháy
• Phân tích môi trường các chỉ tiêu được phân công theo năng lực chuyên môn

Job Description:

Lead and expand Eurofins environment business unit along with the agreed upon strategy. Exceed business expansion and profitability goals.

Positions and Objectives:

• Develop the Business Unit activities through organic growth and acquisitions while meeting agreed EBIT growth objectives.
• Develop local strategy to grow the business.
• Improve operations efficiency at laboratories and logistics. Streamline the operational processes and make good use of IT to achieve high efficiency. Support the development, implementation and optimal use of the Company’s Laboratory Information Management System eLims and ensure its efficient usage at all levels of the laboratory to improve productivity and profitability.
• Increase profitability to meet best industry standards in all activities.
• Lead / take part in the marketing and sales process and ensure that the relations with the clients are good and efficient. Attend and lead meetings with key clients at all levels and develop an in depth knowledge of customer requirements through regular meetings.
• Make sure that cross-selling synergies with other Eurofins laboratories in Europe are being developed.
• Take appropriate measures to improve economic profit, including hands-on personal commitment in addressing situations where profit levels are too low.
• Hire, motivate, develop and retain excellent Managers and employees meeting Eurofins preferred personality profile.
• Define and agree goals and milestones with your team(s) and ensure goals are defined and communicated to their respective teams. Set up customer centric Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress. Follow up as appropriate and become hands on if required to ensure achievement of goals.
• Improve the technical and scientific aspects of the business units by ensuring the appropriate development and application of new techniques and business processes.
• Develop strategies and a business plan with management to achieve and/or expand market leadership in the Country, while reaching and/or maintaining the required level of profitability. Implement the strategy as agreed with the management.
• Prepare and propose annual budget and 3 years plan. Report on any deviations to deliver agreed upon results to his/her shareholders.
• Develop and report on the Business Unit KPI’s.
• Lead / take part in Group projects / initiatives / assignments in the Country and abroad as agreed from time to time with his or her board.
• In relation with your Managing Director, negotiate and manage the profitable integration of acquisitions in accordance with strategic goals and decisions / guidelines defined by the board.
• Ensure that all companies he/she is in charge of have appropriate systems, work ethics and policies in place to guarantee high quality of service to clients.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, including internal customers.
• Guarantee and control that all relevant legal and Health & Safety requirements are being abided to, in the Business Unit(s) under his/her direct or indirect responsibility, that the accreditations are being maintained and regularly expanded and that all employees act according to Eurofins values.
• Lead according to Eurofins Leadership Charter and act as a role model for leadership and staff.

Preferred Profile:

• Track record of leading and growing a service business with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in the TIC industry is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead, influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen and adept financial management skills.
