Responsibilities:

• To ensure loading and unloading of products in a safe and secured manner.

• Responsible for the vehicle condition, cleanliness and maintenance.

• Pick/Send workers, Deliver items to clients or businesses punctually while adhering to traffic laws and road safety regulations. 

• Assist in loading and unloading items from vehicles, contributing to efficient distribution operations for timely deliveries. 

• Plan delivery routes and uphold accurate delivery records. 

• Verify orders before delivery and undertake additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License

• Good working knowledge of appropriate geographical areas and good map reading ability, able to use digital apps / GPS

• Applicable for Singaporean & Permanent Resident only.

• Preferred at least 2 years working experience in related field is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review

Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Handling HR-related tasks such as employee benefits administration, and managing employee records

Providing administrative support to the finance and HR teams as needed

Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective business operations

Responsibilities

· Assist Project Manager in project management, survey, managing site works, construction activities, monitor work schedules, update progress, planning and implementation in accordance to master work plan and scope of work within project budget.

· Provide guidance and supervision to contractors/ in-­house workers in relation to Electrical/ Structured cabling works in accordance to proposal for site build for cabling infrastructure, installation quality, and adherence to site work safety requirements and to resolve technical issues.

· Prepare project submissions, tenders, system designs, installation drawing & coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects

· Participate in project meetings and resolving project issues

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/ Engineering or its equivalent.

• At least 1-­3 years Project Management and hands on working experience in Electrical and/or Structured Cabling.

• Able to read/write and speak English is a must.

• Able to work independently and/or work together in a team when needed.

• Able to multi­task

• Have a strong sense of leadership, customer oriented and problem solving skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Working Mon to Alt Sat from 8.30am to 5.30pm
