Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
   Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
   Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for management review.
2. Accounting & Compliance
   Manage day-to-day accounting operations on Quickbook platform.
   Reconcile bank transactions and ensure seamless integration with IRAS for tax compliance.
3. Invoicing & Cash Flow Management
   Validate the supplier invoice and generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
   Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) to maintain healthy cash flow.
4. Payroll Processing
   Handle salary disbursement and payroll processing in compliance with local regulations.
   Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory payments.
5. Process Improvement
   Streamline financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
   Assist in audits and implement best practices in financial management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Quickbook Accounting Software and bank reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of Singapore tax regulations (IRAS) and payroll (CPF).
• Experience in invoicing, AR/AP management, and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• 6 day work week.

• Manage full spectrum of work pass applications (e.g., S Pass, Work Permit) and onboarding for foreign workers.
• Manage the end-to-end deployment process for overseas hires, including onboarding and orientation.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and all related onboarding documentation.
• Maintain worker profiles, track certification expiry.
• Ensure strict adherence to MOM regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll data for all employees (local, foreign, and sub-contractors).
• Maintain and update employee income summary sheets accurately.
• Prepare and issue salary vouchers/payslips to all employees.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as required.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant HR administration experience, preferably within a manpower supply, construction, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, WICA, and other employment-related statutes.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.

• Evaluate quotations and bid documents to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare and present comprehensive design reports to project stakeholders
• Prepare and manage the construction drawing management forms, ensuring all drawings are updated and accurate
• Create and verify calculation reports to support the design process
• Review and verify all design and construction drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
• Review and validate major equipment and material specification sheets
• Approve major equipment purchase requisitions and ensure procurement aligns with project needs

• Formulate and develop Company’s safety policy and procedures
• Assist and enforce sites to implement site health and safety plans
• Perform health and safety audits on sites
• Conduct periodic health and safety training for site personnel
• Maintain Company's health and safety statistics and records
• Investigate all accidents which occur and recommend appropriate health & safety measures to prevent their occurrence
• Assist Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on all site safety matters
• Ensure the Occupational Health Safety management programme are effectively implemented and maintained
• Conduct and plan safety training awareness programme

• The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural including structural elements for Bridge / Viaducts, Roads, and specialist engineering works for compliance with the LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.
• Assist and report to the Resident Engineer (RE) and Superintending Resident Engineer (SRE) on all site activities, incidents, and near-misses.
• Report any non-compliance issues to the RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).
• Supervise and monitor works (replacement, extension, and reconfiguration) Associated civil and infrastructure works.
• Prepare daily reports and submit them as required.
• Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with safety regulations and checklists.
• Reject poor quality work and notify the RE for issuance of a non-conformance notice.
• Maintain records and documentation for field/site changes and monitor adherence.
• Conduct standing supervision for critical site activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and risk assessment policies.
