We are seeking a Corporate Secretarial Executive to manage a client portfolio and handle end-to-end corporate secretarial matters, including incorporations and statutory compliance under the Singapore Companies Act. The role involves liaising with clients, regulators, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. Chinese proficiency is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
• Oversee the formation of Singapore and offshore companies.
• Handle routine corporate secretarial matters, including Annual General Meetings, changes of officers, share transfers and allotments, updating registers, and maintaining minute books.
• Address clients’ requests and inquiries, including client meetings as necessary.
• Manage the striking-off of companies and administration of CorpPass.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external advisors.
• Perform administrative and other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma, degree, or other professional qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore corporate secretarial experience.
• Familiar with ACRA BizFile+ and CorpPass administration.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Service-oriented with mature thinking and a positive attitude.
