Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to scheduled timings
• Conduct daily vehicle checks before and after work
• Ensure all cargo is properly secured before moving off
• Perform loading and unloading of cargo in a safe and secure manner
• Carry out picking and packing of cargo
• Handle packaging materials and consignments in accordance with company procedures
• Assist with warehouse operations, including sorting, labelling, and preparation of goods for shipment
• Follow instructions related to Dangerous Goods (DG) handling, where applicable (training will be provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of vehicle and work area
• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Male Preferred
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• Minimum 1 year of Class 3 driving experience in Singapore
• Able to communicate and write simple English
• Able to handle manual work (Eg...carrying heavy load)
• Responsible, safety-conscious and able to work independently
• Willing to learn Dangerous Goods (DG) procedures and comply with safety requirements

• Operational Support: Assist the warehouse team with packing duties when required to ensure timely dispatch.

• Compliance: Ensure all shipments adhere to department standards and airline requirements.

• Documentation: Prepare and issue Master Air Waybills (MAWB)

• Handle packaging materials and consignments in accordance with company procedures

• Assist with warehouse operations, including sorting, labelling, and preparation of goods for shipment

• Follow instructions related to Dangerous Goods (DG) handling, where applicable (training will be provided)

Salary: $3500 - $4000 per month

We are seeking a physically fit and motivated individual to join the airfreight department.

Key Responsibilities

Flight Coordination: Manage flight bookings and space allocations with various carriers.

Documentation: Prepare and issue Master Air Waybills (MAWB) via CCN.

Cargo Management: Oversee the handling of both DG and non-hazardous cargo from the moment it arrives at the warehouse.

Permit Declaration: Perform export permit declarations using CrimsonLogic TradeWeb Live.

Operational Support: Assist the warehouse team with packing duties when required to ensure timely dispatch.

Compliance: Ensure all shipments adhere to department standards and airline requirements.

Requirements

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of assisting with manual packing and warehouse activities.

Technical Experience: Proven experience in cutting Air Waybills (AWB) using the CCN system is essential.

System Knowledge: Familiarity with CCN, CubeForAll, and CrimsonLogic TradeWeb Live is highly advantageous.

Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in airfreight operations is required. Prior DG knowledge is not necessary as training will be provided.

Work Ethic: Must be able to work independently, demonstrate resilience under stress, and manage time effectively.
