We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist. Join our growing team, where we partner with leading companies to represent their brand, engage target customers, and drive business growth.

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be identifying prospects, building relationships, and delivering tailored outreach to meet sales objectives. This is a role ideal for someone who thrives on making meaningful connections and exceeding targets.

2. What you will be doing day to day:

- Needs Analysis & Solution-Based Sales Presentations

Deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to the unique needs and goals of each customer.

- Familiarisation with Client Products & Campaigns

Understand the products and services for respective client campaigns to ensure accurate and confident representation.

- Appointment Setting with Key Decision-Makers

Engage directly with business owners and key decision-makers through outbound outreach and face-to-face consultations to introduce and promote client products and services.

- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

Drive consistent new customer acquisition while actively maintaining relationships within the existing customer base to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

- After-Sales Support & Customer Success

Provide responsive and proactive support following a sale to uphold a positive customer experience aligned with client expectations.

- Team Training & Mentorship

Support the development of junior team members to contribute to a high-performance team environment.

3. What you will be bringing to our team

• Strong communicator with the ability to quickly build professional client relationships.
• Highly motivated to exceed sales targets with a strong sense of ownership.
• Adaptable and eager to learn, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Sales experience is a bonus, especially in B2B or outbound roles, but not required.
