Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations activities.

• Lead a team of supervisors, foremen, chargehands, and workers.

• Ensure work is carried out safely and according to project specifications.

• Monitor work progress, quality, and manpower deployment.

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

• Maintain proper site documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction supervision experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction safety and site coordination.

• Able to work independently and supervise multiple work activities.

• Assisting for all on-site technical matters
• Ensuring works carried out meet company's quality standards requirements
• Assisting Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule
• Assistant To co-ordinate with the client on all project aspects
• Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• Cooperate with the site manager to arrange and manage the work of the site workers
• Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skill
• Able to start work on short notice

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings and reinforcement layouts.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape steel reinforcement bars using hand and power tools.
• Install rebar, mesh, and steel rods in concrete forms.
• Tie steel bars together using wire, clips, or welding equipment.
• Position and secure reinforcement according to engineering specifications.
• Work with formwork and concrete teams to prepare structures for pouring concrete.
• Inspect reinforcement work to ensure alignment, spacing, and safety compliance.
• Follow construction site safety regulations and procedures.
• Load, unload, and transport steel reinforcement materials on site.

Job Requirement:

• Min 1 Years relevant working experiences.
• Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled conditions (heat, cold, outdoors).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
